Celine

Phoebe Philo knows how to cut a trouser. I just want to eat those pink pants.  It's also nice to see some designs that aren't as minimalist as is typically expected from Celine.

Chloe

Muted greens and blues, and that peachy pink cream color...yummmmm.  I'm imagining a girl wearing those colors on this:

Carlos Miele

I must say I'm overtly thankful for the resurgence of these mod and 70's patterns and cuts.  Now that it's clearly back, it needs to never go away.

Cynthia Rowley

Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony

I'm telling you, I need to figure out how to make a black leather apron-dress.
I am literally obsessed with it.

Costume National

This entire collection: Japanese Rockabilly-Chic. *drools*

Daryl K

This really was the only look I fancied from the entire collection. But it's brilliant- that shear sheath (need one of these) overtop the satin tank and what appears to be leather hot shorts? Amazing.

Diesel Black Gold

Derek Lam

Several subtle Buddhist motifs were used on the fabrics in this collection, which I thought was an awesome touch. I am really into this blue/gray/red color combination.

DKNY

Diane von Furstenberg

The inventor of the "wrap dress" wraps up this post. Sorry, couldn't help it.

All whilst listening to Within and Without, the newest album from Washed Out. It put me to sleep.

resort 2012

inspiration- part one, with stickbubbly.

3.1 Phillip Lim

Acne

ADAM

Alex Wang

Alexandre Herchcovitch

Anna Sui

Band of Outsiders

Scott Sternberg never ceases to amaze me.  There's something about each collection, especially recently that has just been sensual to me.  I know, girls in tailored menswear...a lot of guys would only say it's sexy in the most sarcastic of ways. But for real. It IS sexy, and more young women should embrace the type of dress.

10 Crosby Derek Lam

A.L.C.

A seventies-cut blazer with Mad Men-esque cropped trousers. Amazing. And in that chalky yellow, it's perfection. I'm still obsessed with these muted neon colors.

Alexander McQueen

Alice + Olivia

This collection clearly had a Jodi Foster from Taxi Driver theme going on. Dipped in taffy and sprinkled with tropical fruit-flavor enhanced sugar.

BCBG Max Azria

I am not usually a fan of BCBG. The house is typically a bit too flashy and girly for my personal taste. For some reason I absolutely loved these two looks. I think it's because they're both sexy and playful, but in a way that says, "Hey. Can I tease you? Just a little?"

Benaz Sarafpour

Bottega Veneta

Brioni
