Silent Film Actress: Mae Marsh.

Mae Marsh, a film actress who's career spanned over 50 years.  After Marsh returned from retirement to perform in "talkies", she played character roles for the next several decades. Marsh performed in one of my favorite films, Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm (1932) . She  became a favorite of director John Ford, performing in The Grapes of Wrath (1940), How Green Was My Valley (1941), 3 Godfathers (1948), and The Searchers (1956).
