IT GIRL of the moment: Pamela Reynolds. The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts grand opening in my hometown of Richmond, VA happened this month, and the museum's chair, Pamela Reynolds wore this dress made of paper (designed by Melody Gulick, a local installation artist) to the gala opening, and to cite the article, she's "Richmond's own Lady Gaga."
